Race route

Start in Alva Glen and follow the footpath through the Ochils Woodland Park to Tillicoultry. Head up the hill from Tillicoultry on the east side of the Glen and visit the checkpoints on the summits of:

Andrew Gannel Hill

Ben Cleuch

Ben Ever

The Nebit (This year runners must climb the Nebit in previous editions this was bypassed)

Then finish in Alva Glen. The section to Tillicoultry after the golf course will be flagged. Watch for traffic.
